Episode 13 - Holy War pt. 2

In our last episode on Holy War, we answered a lot of big questions that help us think differently about the Old Testament Conquest. But, there is still one really big question to look at; why are God's "commands" in the story so drastic. Meaning, why does it appear that God commands Israel to "utterly destroy" everything including innocent citizens?

In this episode, we continue our conversation with author Josh Butler and look specifically at the "drastic marching orders." Josh helps us see whats actually happening in those commands but even more so he invites us to ask some important questions about our life and role in the world.
